All services must be paid no later than the day of the tour. Payment can be made by bank transfer, no later than two weeks before the tour, or in cash before the start of the tour.

Most tours are available in French, English, Spanish, and Catalan. However, specific languages are indicated in each service sheet.

On the sheet of each tour, the recommended starting points are indicated. If you are staying in downtown Strasbourg or Colmar, I can pick you up at your accommodation. Otherwise, we can meet near a tourist point of interest.

Tours are designed for 30 people to maintain comfortable conditions for participants and the guide. Ideally, groups should be equipped with an audio system. Larger groups compromise the quality of the service, contribute to mass tourism, and create a negative image with the local population.

As a tourism professional, the protection of my customers is important to me. That's why my services are covered by a professional multi-risk insurance policy underwritten by the French insurer MAAF.

No, under no circumstances. If the tour involves travel (e.g., wine route), you will need to arrange for the most suitable means of transportation. I can provide contacts, but I cannot manage or include it in my fees, as it exceeds my role as a tour guide.

Some tours include entry to museums and monuments. As an authorized guide, I have the necessary permission to conduct tours in these places. However, the entrance fees to these places are never included in my fees. Note that in some museums and monuments, they may impose their own guide to the group.
